The invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing, in a cosmetically acceptable medium: a) 14 to 50 % of a mixture of non-ionic surfactants chosen from linear or branched oxyethylenated and/or oxypropylenated and/or polyglycerolated fatty alcohols, the mixture comprising at least one surfactant A whose HLB, according to Griffin, is greater than or equal to 14, present at a concentration by weight [A], and a non-ionic surfactant B whose HLB value, according to Griffin, is greater than or equal to 1 and less than 10, present in a quantity by weight [B], more than half of the non-ionic surfactants present satisfying the inequality: 0.5 </= R </= 1.6 in which R designates the ratio SIGMA (nCA x [A]) = sum of the products nCA x [A] DIVIDED SIGMA (nCB x [B]) = sum of the products nCB x [B] in which: nCA is the number of carbon atoms in the fatty chain of the surfactant A and nCB the number of carbon atoms in the fatty chain of the surfactant B; b) 0.05 to 10 % of a cationic or amphoteric substantive polymer, the composition being stable at room temperature and at a pH greater than or equal to 5.5. |
