<p>Method for the detection of ABO and RH systems in red blood corpuscles wherein is used a microtiter strip where monolayers of positive red blood corpuscles have been previously formed and sensitized with antiserum. For the systems anti-A and anti-B, a double layer of red blood corpuscles is previously formed, plasma is dispensed and centrifugation is performed.
