The charged voltage of the condensers (1,2) connected to thyristors (SCR1-2) in parallel are discharged completely in instant during the period when the power is not provided so that the discharging angle is minimized and the high voltage pulse is maintained stable. The pulses are supplied for each period or each half period, then the initial start is performed quickly. Diodes (DIAC1-2) for constant voltage are connected to condensers (C3,4) in parallel so that the voltage variation is not affected to the circuit.
