The construction of a feeder (1) with projection (2) enables achievement of a balanced distribution of the electrostatic field in the area of the insulator and reduction of the electric field gradient, i.e. the points of contact of the feeder (1), the inner surface (7) of the insulation body (5) and insulation gas, where the maximum electrical stress of the insulator occurs. The projection (2) is stretched toward the plane (3) running through triple points and this plane is in contact or traversed. The axis (x) of the projection (2) or with the asymmetrical projections of tangent (y) to their inner surface (7), traversing the point of contact of the inner surface (7) with the feeder (1), include, with the longitudinal axis (o) of the feeder (1) in the direction of the conical enlargement of the insulation body (5), an angle smaller than 90 degrees.<IMAGE>
