Basic amino acid and alkanolamine salts of derivatives which can exist in the form of tautomers of formula (I), (I') and (I'') in which R1 represents a straight or branched (C1-C7)alkyl group, R2 represents either an aryl(C1-C3)alkyl group which is optionally substituted on the ring or a heteroaryl(C1-C3)alkyl group which is optionally substituted on the ring and R3 represents either a COOH group or a 1H-tetrazol-5-yl group. Application in therapeutics.
