<p>PURPOSE:To detect a defective lining repair portion and to measure its location by utilizing a piping length measurement data using pulse sound waves performed usually at the time of the application of lining repair work. CONSTITUTION:Waveforms on an oscilloscope 25 obtained at the time of measuring the piping length using pulse sound waves before the application of lining repair work are recorded on a data recorder 28 or an X-Y plotter 30, and the piping length measurement using the pulse sound waves is performed again after the application of lining repair work, and the wave-forms on the oscilloscope 25 thus obtained are compared with the waveforms on the oscilloscope 25 obtained at the time of measuring the piping length before the application of lining repair work, and based on the difference between two types of waveforms formed before and after, whether a defective site of lining film is or not and the location of the defective site are measured.</p> |
