<p>PURPOSE:To realize effective repair by introducing a suitable quantity of resin into a main or branch pipe accompanied by a lining pig and a pig for wiping out water content in front of and behind it respectively, transferring it to the leaking place of the main or branch pipe by water pressure and coating the surface of the leaking place with it when the pigs are pulled back by suction force. CONSTITUTION:When lining a leaking place 2 of a main or branch pipe 1, first a work hole 18 is excavated in a suitable place. Then a required quantity of resin A for lining calculated from the conditions, such as the length and thickness of a coating film is introduced in a plug flow from the opening of the work hole 18 into the main or branch pipe, accompanied by a lining pig 13 and a pig 16 for wiping out water content in front of and behind it respectively, that is, a water transfer and suction pump is driven to feed a water pressure flow into the main or branch pipe 1 through a connecting pipe 9, etc., causing the resin A to be transferred over a specified distance together with the pigs 13, 16. Then the resin A and the pigs 13, 16 are moved to the end side of the main or branch pipe 1 by suction force by the water transfer and suction pump facing the opening to line the inside surface near the leaking place with the resin A by the lining pig 13.</p> |
