<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a clean steel by sufficiently executing slag reduction, restraining the reoxidation of molten metal and obtaining the slag having the composition which can efficiently absorb produced deoxidized product (Al2O3). CONSTITUTION:At the time of tapping the molten steel 2 into a ladle 4 from a steelmaking furnace 1, in order to make the slag composition having high absorbing performance of the deoxidized product, mixed material of lime and fluorspar is added as the deoxidized product absorbing performance improving flux 5. After tapping the molten steel, further, in order to reform the oxidizing slag, the slag reduction agent 6 of Al ash, etc., is added to make the slag composition >=1.5 of CaO/Al2O3 and >=10% CaF2.</p> |
