PURPOSE:To provide the filter unit with fans which is a thin type and can attain a uniform wind velocity distribution. CONSTITUTION:This filter unit with the fans constituted by arranging plural pieces of axial flow fans 6 on the upstream side of a chamber 1 and arranging a filter on the downstream side of this chamber 1 is arranged with the axial flow fans 6 only within the three regions of the regions quadrisected around the central point of the chamber 1. One piece among plural pieces of the axial flow fans 6, 6, 6 is preferably isolated from the other axial flow fans 6, 6 by using a partition plate 7 or a flow regulating plate is preferably arranged near the chamber 1 side of the filter. |
