<p>PURPOSE:To lengthen a life of a cushion member, to easily attach and further to improve a noise prevention by interposing an elastically shape changable cushion member between an upper surface of a punch guide and a retainer collar. CONSTITUTION:An impulse generating in a time of a punch guide 15 striking on a work W is absorbed with an elastic deformation of a cushion member 37 interposed between an upper surface of a flange 15F and a lower surface of a retainer collar 31 in a punch guide. Further, with a clearance C to be formed between the upper surface of the flange 15F and the lower surface of the retainer collar 31 in the punch guide, the cushion member 37 is not elastically deformed more than the above. Because an energizing force of a stripping spring 33 can be transmitted from the working surface (a lower surface of the retainer collar 31), the life of the cushion member 37 can be lengthened.</p> |
