<p>PURPOSE:To secure stable running of a carrier without being influenced by natural phenomenon by detecting own latitude and longitude positions by means of a satellite electric wave, calculating a deviation from the running reference coordinate value of the carrier in a yard, and correcting a running amount and a steering amount. CONSTITUTION:Self position automatic detecting means 21 are mounted on respective posts 22 attached to the four corners of the upper end of a crane 1 and a satellite electric wave is received to detect own latitude and longitude positions. The detected data is inputted to a computer for management and operation in a ground managing room. In which case, the computer is operated to compute a deviation width and an angular deviation based on the coordinate value of a reference route along which the crane 1 is operated. From a computing result, control amounts of a steering device 24 and a running device 23 are corrected to eliminate the deviation. Self position automatic detecting means 21 may be symmetrically mounted two on each of front and rear parts.</p> |
