PURPOSE: To obtain a device for cutting a thin board for cutting the thin board from a split wood wherein a necessary exchange of a blade can be practiced within a min. time by fastening the blade so as to be freely exchangably assembled to the cutting table and to a blade holder which can be fastened at an accurate position in the cutting table. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting thin boards is constituted of a transfer table 6, at least one cutting table 8, a blade 10 extending at an interval being parallel to the plane of the transfer table 6, a transfer mechanism for a split wood and a press mechanism for pressing the split wood to the transfer table and the cutting table. In addition, Both tables 6 and 8 are adjustably constituted each other in an interval of the surfaces of both tables in such a way that an interval 14 between the blade edge and the back end of the transfer table 6 facing to it pushes a plate to be cut and the transfer table 6 and the cutting table 8 adjust the thickness of a plate to be cut. In addition, the blade 10 is fastened so as to be freely exchangably assembled to the cutting table 8 and to a blade holder 18 which can be fastened at an accurate position in the cutting table. |
