PURPOSE:To suppress the cost of an automatic run control device and embody it light by generating a revolving moment on the basis of the left-right braking/ driving force difference in the automatic running medium/low car speed ranges. CONSTITUTION:An automatic run control device 3 is supplied with signals Son, LL, LR, theta, V from a pursuit mode setting switch 1, inter-car distance sensor 2, steering angle sensor 4, and car speed sensor 5, and upon executing the specified control program, emits command signals to an engine output control device 6, shift control device 7, and braking liquid pressure control device 8. In conformity to the command signals given, these control devices 6, 7, 8 perform the output control of the engine 9, shift control of the transmission 10, and braking liquid pressure control of the left and right wheel brake devices 11, 12, respectively, and in the low car speed range, a revolving moment is generated on the basis of the left-right braking/driving force difference. |
