PURPOSE:To provide a cleaner which exhibits a high cleaning ability even in the absence of an organic solvent stipulated in the Ordinance on the Prevention of Organic Solvent Poisoning in the Labor Standards Law, is not subject to legal restrictions in facilities and operations, and does not damage rubber rollers, etc. CONSTITUTION:The cleaner is prepared by emulsifying a composition which comprises a hydrocarbon solvent and water in the weight ratio of 9/1-3/7 with 0.5-10wt.% nonionic surfactant. The hydrocarbon solvent is a petroleum fraction with a 50% evaporation temperature of above 180 deg.C and has a low aromatic hydrocarbon content in composition. |
