PURPOSE:To let a device have both key check operating and engine starting functions by providing a second processing circuit which feeds an engine ignition system with an engine starting signal at a time when an ID code out of the identification codes is judged as a normal one after being collated with a code stored in a memory. CONSTITUTION:At a time when a tuner has received an identification code, a second microcomputer 54 judges that weather the ID code is normal or not by means of its collating work. When the ID code set and stored in a read-only memory 39 via a first microcomputer 32 is read out, and the read ID code is accorded with the received ID code after collation, an engine starting signal is outputted to an engine ignition system, making an engine get starting, and when it is so judged that this ID code is not normal, no signal is outputted. |
