摘要 PURPOSE:To confirm that a plurality of independent hollow regions are formed in a molded form by detecting the temperatures of gas injection nozzles in injecting high pressure gas in melt resin in a mold from a plurality of gas inlets and the plurality of the hollow regions are formed. CONSTITUTION:A gas supply nozzle 5 heated to a predetermined temperature is advanced into a nozzle chamber 21 corresponding to gas inlets 32 of a lower mold 2, brought into contact with a heat insulator of a through port 24 to supply inert gas. Thus, the nozzle 5 is cooled to become a lowest temperature Tns at the time of supplying when it becomes a highest gas pressure. Then, it is held at a predetermined gas pressure, and hollow regions 31 are formed, cooled, and solidified. The temperature of the nozzle 5 is raised during this period. Then, the nozzle 5 is retracted, cooled with exhaust gas from the regions 31 to become a lowest temperature Tno at the time of discharging at a clock of finishing the gas discharge. Accordingly, if the tns and the Tno are a predetermined temperature or lower, it is judged that the gas is sufficiently introduced.
