<p>The process for manufacturing an oriented electric steel panel containing 2.0-4.0 wt.% of Si by carrying out conventional cold stripping, alkaline fat-removing, decarbon annealing and succeeding process, wherein the residual alkaline concentration is quantified by the color change of phenol red or methyl red as an indicator sprinkled on the surface of cold stripped steel panel (coil), and adjust the residual alkaline concentration by washing process dependent upon the result of the quantitative analysis to obtain an oriented electric steel panel having excellent surface characteristics is provided.</p> |
