PURPOSE:To obtain fine particles having a uniform particles size within a large control range of a spray amt. CONSTITUTION:A liquid fine pulverizing device is equipped with a liquid nozzle 4 jetting the liquid supplied to the liquid chamber 5 of the central part thereof from the liquid jet orifice 7 of the tip part thereof, the air nozzle 9 provided around the liquid nozzle 4 and having an air jet orifice 12 supplying air to the liquid jet stream jetted from the liquid jet orifice 7 and the barrier member 13 provided on the downstream side of the liquid nozzle 4 and the air nozzle 9 and making the jet stream from the liquid jet orifice 7 and the air jet orifice 12 collide.
