PURPOSE:To provide a composition having a combination of uniform adherability, low viscosity in phase reversal of emulsion and excellent interfiber wear resistance. CONSTITUTION:The composition containing a nitrogen-bearing polyether- polyester compound 1000-20000 in the whole molecular weight obtained by polycondensation between (A) a random or block copolymer from at least two kinds of alkylene oxide and polyol, (B) an alkylene oxide adduct of an amino compound having at least one hydrocarbon group and (C) a polycarboxylic acid or polycarboxylic anhydride.
