PURPOSE:To improve brightness of reflectivity of a laminated metallic plate in which films are laminated in the upper and lower two layers. CONSTITUTION:Surface roughness of the coated surface of a base metallic plate is regulated to Ra <=1mum and Rmax <=3mum. Softening point or melting point (TA) of resin of the upper layer film and softening point or melting point (TB) of resin of the lower layer film satisfy the relation of TA>TB.
