<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the running backward on inclined rails with a relatively simple mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A center shaft is horizontally fixed in the inside of a vehicle body that is to be mounted on rails, and a supporting frame consisting of parallel side plates 1, 2 is supported on the center shaft. The changeover motor installed on the side plate 1 and the center shaft are connected by means of gears, and the side plate 1 is made reciprocatedly turnable. A first axle 4 and a second axle 5 are horizontally supported by the supporting frame, and the driving motor 47 fitted to the side plate 1 and the axle 4 are connected in a small reduction ratio, and the driving motor and the axle 5 are connected in a large reduction ratio. Driving wheels 24, 25 are fitted to the axle 4, and in the horizontal traveling, the changeover motor is operated for pressing the driving wheels 24, 25 against he undersurface of the rails. An engaging wheel 34 that engages with the connecting rods arranged at equal intervals between the rails is fitted to the axle 5, and in the traveling on an inclined surface, the changeover motor is operated, and the engaging wheel 34 is engaged with the connecting rods.</p> |
