PURPOSE:To prevent a shift lock device from being released without using any tool. CONSTITUTION:A shift lock device is provided with a rotational bush 25, which is supported freely rotationally to a lock position and an unlock position and can lock/unlock a shift lever 1 in an automatic transmission, and an electromagnetic actuator 27, which drives the rotational bush 25 from the lock position to the unlock position in the parking position of the shift lever 1 on condition that a key switch is ON and a brake is actuated. The shift lock device is also provided with an unlock rod 39 operating the rotational bush 25, a releasing guide 41 making the unlock rod 39 operational from a screw hole 55, to which the end part of the unlock rod 39 is faced, in the soft lever 1 side, a screw member 43 being screwed/released to/from the screw hole 55 of the releasing guide 41 by means of a tool F, and a lid member 45 covering the screw part 43 from the interior side. |
