PURPOSE:To realize the following items: (1) A carpet layer and a felt layer can easily and quickly be joined as one body. (2) The felt layer can surely be positioned and arranged to a female mould. (3) When the formed floor carpet is moved to a trimming mould, the floor carpet is prevented from deforming, and the floor carpet can be arranged to the trimming mould easily, quickly, and precisely. CONSTITUTION:A felt layer 15 is arranged on a thin mat 21 having rigidity. The mat 21 and the felt layer 15 are arranged on a female mould 2. A heated carpet layer is accumulated on the felt layer 15, and the carpet layer is subjected to press-forming work. The formed floor carpet 11 is taken out of a press forming mould 1 together with the mat 21, and both are moved to the trimming mould, as the floor carpet 11 is mounted on the mat 21. |
