PURPOSE:To readily produce high-purity trehalose crystal from a trehalose- containing fermented liquid according to a method suitable for mass-production. CONSTITUTION:In relation to isolation and purification of trehalose from a trehalose-containing fermented liquid, this isolation purification method is characteristically carried out by allowing the fermented liquid to pass through an ultrafiltration membrane and subsequently carrying out concentration- crystallization. |
