PURPOSE: To provide a compsn. comprising nano-particles which can be sterilized in an autoclave. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. consists of nano-particles on the surface of which a surface modifying agent is adsorbed and which include an anionic or cationic surfactant as a cloud point controlling agent in a combined state. This cloud point controlling agent is included in an enough amt. to increase the cloud point of the surface modifying agent.
