ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a composition for the production of electrically conductive sintered compact having improved stability in air without deteriorating the high electrical conductivity of barium plumbate by adding a specific amount of gallium oxide or germanium oxide to barium plumbate. CONSTITUTION:A composition for the production of electrically conductive sintered compact is produced by incorporating barium plumbate with an oxide selected from 3-20mol% of gallium oxide and 3-25mol% of germanium oxide. An electrically conductive paste composed mainly of the above composition is applied as an inner or outer electrode for a dielectric material or piezoelectric material having perovskite structure and integrally burnt at >=900 deg.C and <1100 deg.C to obtain a sintered laminate.
