PURPOSE:To enhance sensitivity of a thermal recording body and also to enhance various durabilities and long-term stability of a color developing image by incorporating aminocarbonyl amino-based compound having the specified structure as the developer of a thermal color developing layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermal recording body is constituted by forming a thermal color developing layer on at least one side of base material on a sheet. The thermal color developing layer contains a colorless or light-colored dye precursor and a developer which reacts with the same under heating to generate color development. In the case, at least one kind of compound shown in a general formula mentioned elsewhere is incorporated as the developer. However, in the formula, X shows oxygen or sulfur atom. R' shows substituted aromatic group or the like. R<2> and R<3> show hydrogen atom and lower alkyl group mutually independently. A shows bivalent group. (m) and (n) show an integer of >=1 mutually independently. Thereby sensitivity of the thermal recording body is enhanced and also various durabilities and long-term stability of the color developing image are enhanced. |
