发明名称 HIGH-PERFORMANCE FLUE GAS DESULFURIZING METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To desulfurize the SOx in waste gases contg. the SOx down to a low-concn. level by installing a wet process electrostatic precipitator to the rear flow part in the outlet of the absorption column of a desulfurizer, spraying a slurry contg. solid calcium carbonate and executing two-stage desulfurization. CONSTITUTION:The waste gases 1 contg. the SOx is introduced to the SOx is introduced into the desulfurizer 2 and the slurry absorbing liquid 4 from a route 3 is sprayed from a route 8 into the desulfurizer 2. The absorbing liquid, then, comes into gas-liquid contact with the waste gases in an absorption section 9 packed with grid and desulfurizes the gases. The waste gases from which the greater part of the SOx is removed are thereafter introduced via a route 14 into the wet process electrostatic precipitator 15. The slurry absorbing liquid contg. solid CaCO3 is sprayed from a route 20 in this precipitator. The slurry absorbing liquid is then attracted to an electrostatic precipitation plate 16 and wet wall parts are formed, by which a precipitation effect and a desulfurization effect are generated. In addition, ion wind is generated on the precipitation plate 16 and the gaseous boundary film of SO2 is diminished. The desulfurization performance is thus improved by the synergistic effect. A part of the absorbing liquid withdrawn therefrom is returned to the desulfurizer 2.</p>
