PURPOSE:To facilitate the attachment work and reiably bond a fluctuation regulating plate onto a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:Cylindrical protrusions 21 are arranged on side walls 10a, 10b, faced to each other, of a partition plate 10 formed into an U-shape in section. A functuation regulating plate 19 of a flow regulating tool 17 is made of elastic metal, and locking pieces 22 are integrally formed on both side edge parts of the fluctuation regulating plate 19. Head parts 22b of the locking pieces 22 are formed into a wave shape, and smooth recessed parts 23 are provided on the upper surfaces thereof. And protrusions 21 are fitted into and locked on the recessed parts 23 by sliding the fluctuation regulating plate 19 between side walls 10a, 10b of the partition plate 10. |
