PURPOSE:To form a granular resin compsn. by mixing a full-aromatic polyamide fiber and a synthetic resin powder by a mixer having a rotary blade and adding water to the resulting mixture to stirr the mixture in a wet state at a high speed and forming granules to dry the same. CONSTITUTION:A full-aromatic polyamide fiber and a synthetic resin powder are weighed in predetermined amts. and mixed by the rotary blade rotated at a high speed by a mixer to open the polyamide fiber in a fluffy state and a mixture uniformly containing the bulky full-aromatic polyamide fiber is produced. 0.5-2wt.% of water is added to the mixture and mixing is continued to form the mixture into fine granular state and the granular mixture is dried by a dryer to obtain a dry granular resin compsn. This resin compsn. is mixed with other synthetic resin to form a fiber reinforced resin compsn. which is, in turn, molded under pressure by a compacting machine to form a compact and this compact is baked to produce a molding.
