PURPOSE:To improve the degree of freedom from the standpoint of molding in utilizing an interspace in the inner part of a steering wheel body so effectively by installing it along the rider side of a slip ring electrically connected to a controller, while providing a condenser electrically connected to this controller. CONSTITUTION:Those of slip ring connecting harness 48, condenser connecting harness 49 and outputting harness or the like are derived from a sensor unit 47 as a controller. A condenser 41 is formed into a ringlike or circular form, having it built in a slip ring unit 31 along the upper side of a slip ring 35. Utilizing a small space, an electrode plate 44 with a wide area and an insulator 45 can be set up there. Since no restriction is added to the molding of a steering wheel body 11, so that this high volume condenser 41 is stowable. |
