PURPOSE:To produce a tile or ceramic block product effectively utilizing industrial wastes by using a composition composed of molten slag of sewage sludge and/or incineration ash of sewage sludge, fly ash, a binder and water. CONSTITUTION:A body composition for ceramic is produced by mixing 80-10wt.% of molten slag of sewage sludge and/or incineration ash of sewage sludge, 80-10wt.% of fly ash, 50-10wt.% of a binder and the remaining part of water, granulating the mixture and drying the granules. A desired ceramic ware can be produced by forming the body composition and burning at about 1250-1100 deg.C. |
