METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SLAG

The water cooling slag of a blast furnace is produced by (a) setting a water ratio for obtaining the slag having a desirable particle size, (b) setting a correlation formula between an effulent flow of a molten slag and a electric current applied to the transport device of the slag, (c) measuring the electric current, (d) estimating the effulent flow of the slag, (e) calculating the amount of the cooling water, and (f) injecting the molten slag by control of the cooling water inector.
