The combined packaging includes a container 1 of water and an upper closure lid 2 containing a powdered extract for mixing with the water to form a drink. The improvements consist in including a means for instantaneously heating the drink obtained, based on the reaction of two chemicals contained in a cavity 8 formed in the base of the container 1, and in a lower closure lid 9 of this cavity 8, said lid 9 having an internal punch 12 that, when pushed against the lower surface 11 of the lid, cuts the upper closure sheet 10 and causes an exothermic reaction between the two chemicals, resulting in instantaneous heating of the contents of the container 1. <IMAGE>
