PURPOSE:To get a reliable headlamp controller at a low cost, by taking the engine revolution, brake control and their timing as factors for checking interruption of automobile operation. CONSTITUTION:A signal B turns into ''H'' as the brake is applied while traveling and the speed is reduced, but a signal C is turned into ''H'' and the engine is put in idling as a clutch pedal is applied. If the brake is continued to be applied for seven seconds, RS flip-flop 11 is set to turn off the headlamps. As the engine revolution is increased fot starting, the output C of a frequency comparator 8 is turned to ''L'' and the RS flip-flop 11 is reset through a logical reverse circuit 13 to turn on the headlamps again. |
