<p>For producing spray concrete which can be used in tunnel construction by the wet spraying method or the dry spraying method, a mixture of a) milled clinker, b) a sulphate component, c) a component which binds the moisture present in the aggregate, d) a component which reduces rebound of spray concrete and e) if desired, a fluidizing agent is used as binder, where the binder contains the component a) in an amount of from 70 to 95%, the component b) in an amount of from 0.3 to 2.5%, the component c) in an amount of from 0.3 to 5% and the components d) and e) in an amount of from 0 to 10%. The moist aggregate and the binder are mixed and homogenized in a mixer. The water required for the setting process is added to the mixture of binder and aggregate at the spray nozzle. In this technique, alkaline solidification accelerators are dispensable. Nevertheless, rebound is largely avoided during application of the spray concrete.</p> |
