A remote-control switch for electrical circuits which contain at least one junction box (2) which is intended to accommodate electrical cable connections (5), the housing (11), which is intended to be arranged on the cover side of the junction box (2), of the switch (10) being capable of being connected to the commercially available lower part (3) of the junction box (2) to form a structural unit. The invention is thus used for particularly cost-effective installation of a remote-control switch at a point which is suitable for remote control. <IMAGE>
