发明名称 JOINT MATERIAL FOR SOLID ELECTROLYTE TYPE FUEL CELL STACK AND ITS MANUFACTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a joint face with smaller electric contact resistance by jointing nickel cermet containing 0.1-10wt% SiO2 with porous ceramics of porosity 30-80%. CONSTITUTION:Nickel cermet is composite material such as Ni-ZrO2 that a metal oxide phase is combined with a nickel phase. For nickel cermet powder, 0.1-10wt% SiO2 crushed into 10-130mum pieces is added thereto. By using porous ceramics 8 of porosity 30-80% as joint, material, a fuel side electrode film 5 of a single cell is jointed to an interconnector 6. Then, the joint material 8 is filled in the rough joint face between the electrode film 5 and the connector 6 and the joint face has good joint performance with small electric contact resistance. The joint material has small deformability and sufficient strength at a preset temperature but it is relatively deformable at a higher temperature under the condition that at unit cell and the connector 6 are jointed together.
