PURPOSE:To provide a perovskite titanic acid base compound oxide made voltage dependent nonlinear resistor containing Ba and Ca capable of displaying stable characteristics even if it is made of a composition at relatively low mixture ratio. CONSTITUTION:The voltage dependent non linear resistor is to be manufactured by a method wherein a compound oxide represented by the following formula of (Sr1-x-yBaxCa6y)mTiO3 and a mixture containing at least one out of oxide components Nb, Ta, Y, La and W as well as at least one out of oxide components of Si, Mn, Co, Ni, Mg and Al are calcinated, crushed and molded to be baked later under the partial pressure of 1X10<-13>-1X10<-15>atm. |
