PURPOSE:To improve the collection efficiency by changing the request sequence and the collection sequence of charging data when the charging data is not transmitted. CONSTITUTION:A charging collection processing 9 successively notifies a request to a terminal 12 via a network in accordance with the charging data request sequence of a charging control table 10, registers a response in the table 10 when the response of charging data is received from the terminal 12 via a line, and when the response is not received, charging data request sequence is changed, the notification of the request of charging data is repeated and the charging data is collected via the line. Therefore, when the charging data is not transmitted corresponding to the charging data request performed to all the terminals 12 by a center 1 via a network, the charging data request sequence of the next time is changed, the charging data collection sequence is changed while the line is used, and the efficiency of data collection can be improved. |
