PURPOSE:To make the circuit generating a timing signal whose period is long small to the utmost. CONSTITUTION:An address signal generating section 1 receives a reference signal 4 and a count latch command signal 7 and outputs an address signal 5. A storage section 2 receives and stores the address signal 5. A signal generating section 9 receives information from an information line 6 and outputs a timing signal 8. A consecutive latch command section 3 receives the information from the information line 6 and outputs a count latch signal 7.
