When inquiry data is inputted from an input part 1a, character and numeral data and picture data of an article, a person, or the like consisting of a photograph, an image graphic, or the like which are related to the article, the person, or the like corresponding to inquiry data are read out from the storage means 2, and picture data is displayed on a display part 1b of a terminal 1 along with character and numeral data as shown by A and B. Since picture data is displayed on the display part 1b, an operator can instantaneously collate it with a registered commodity in the POS terminal to reduce the input mistake. In the card system terminal, the operator can easily collate picture data with a card user. |
