PURPOSE:To provide an acceleration sensor in which manpower can be saved at the time of assembling work while preventing adverse effect on the detection characteristics effectively. CONSTITUTION:The acceleration sensor comprises a circuit board 3 having a surface formed wish a plurality of wiring patterns 1, 2 in parallel, piezoelectric ceramic elements 4, 5 or a piezoelectric ceramic element and a conductive ceramic element bonded to the wiring patterns 1, 2, and a weight 6 bonded thereon in order to conduct the ceramic elements 4, 5, wherein the piezoelectric ceramic elements 4, 5 or the piezoelectric ceramic element and the conductive ceramic element are bonded integrally along the direction of the wiring patterns 1, 2 arranged in parallel. Conducting electrodes 4b, 5b bonded to the wiring patterns 1, 2 are formed, while spaced apart from each other, on the rear surface of the integrated ceramic laminate 20. |
