<p>PURPOSE:To perform display of high quality by using a low voltage drain driver. CONSTITUTION:Each pixel of a liquid crystal panel 120 is alternately connected to two signal driving circuits 114 and 115 in the direction of a line. An alternating current circuit 126 supplies a low level reference voltage and high level reference voltage, having reversed polarity to the opposed voltage of a constant voltage to the two signal driving circuits 114 and 115. Level shifters 110 and 113 transform a voltage level of display data to a voltage level between the low level reference voltage and the high level reference voltage supplied to the corresponding signal driving circuits 114 and 115, and supply it to the corresponding signal driving circuits 114 and 115. The signal driving circuits 114 and 115 operate with the supplied voltage between the low level reference voltage and the high level reference voltage, an drives connected pixels according to supplied display data. Voltage distortion is reduced by making polarity of the reference voltage supplied to the two signal driving circuits 114 and 115 AC with a frame period.</p> |
