PURPOSE:To provide a drive type false fault producing apparatus which can cause disturbance in a false trouble state and synchronized with a triger signal and cause disturbance in a flase trouble state at optional time point of the time base and at optional signal voltage level. CONSTITUTION:A control part 6 is composed of a setting part 9 which receives data from outside and sends signals S1, S2 to each part, a triger part 10 which consists of a memory part 10a and a triger condition judging part 10b, a timing control part 11 which is provided with a memory part 11a and sends a timing control signal S3, and a standard voltage control part 12 which is provided with a memory part 12 and sends a standard voltage control signal S4. A drive type false trouble producing apparatus is provided with the control part 6, a drive part 7, and a connection part 8 with which an output line of a drive circuit part 15 and a signal line L2 of an electronic circuit apparatus B are connected, wherein the drive part 7 is composed of the drive circuit part 15 which sends drive signals S5, S6 to the signal line L2 of the electronic circuit apparatus B', a drive ON/OFF control part 13 which controls the timing of ON/OFF of the drive in a time series, and a drive voltage control part 14 which controls the drive standard voltage level in a time series. |
