PURPOSE:To dispense with trouble-shooting on-line and judgement of malfunction by determining abnormality for the first time and sending a signal to the outside only in the case the relation between the gas pressure and SF6 decomposed gas concentration changes in a prescribed relative relation. CONSTITUTION:In a trouble occurs at point A, SF6 gas in a gas section 3a generates impact pressure waves due to electric arc energy and causes the pressure rise due to the thermal expansion. The pressure rise is transmitted in a pipeline 5a and detected by a gas pressure sensor 21a. The SF6 gas is decomposed by the electric arc energy and diffused in the pipeline 5a and reaches a decomposed gas sensor 20a. The sensor 20a detects the decomposed gases and its output current increases. An analog signal processing part 22a removes noise from the output signals of the sensors 21a and 20a and sends digital signals to a computing apparatus 23. |
