PURPOSE:To display all dead composite characters composed of dead codes and effective base characters so as to reduce misinput operation by making dead composition codes which can be inputted clear when a dead key is pressed during document creation. CONSTITUTION:When a key is pressed during the document creation, it is judged (S30) from a dead composition code table whether or not the key is the dead key and when it is judged (S32: Yes) that the key is the dead key, dead composition codes regarding all dead composite characters composed of the dead code generated with the dead key and effective base characters are obtained (S35) from the dead composition code table; and all the dead composite characters regarding the pressed dead key are displayed (S36) in a list display area on a liquid crystal display on the basis of the dead composition codes. |
