LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To assure fixing of a substrate and to independently display the light released from individual light emitting diodes by making the outer peripheral side of the substrate approximately abut on the inner peripheral side of the side part of a reflection frame and the inner peripheral side of the substrate almost abut on a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:This light emitting diode device has the reflection frame 1 having plural through-holes 21 formed on the side part where both of the outer periphery and the inner periphery are curved and the substrate 23 curved and approximately made to about on the inner peripheral side of the side part of the reflection frame 1. The display device is provided with the plural light emitting diodes 28, 29 which are placed on the outer peripheral side of the substrate 21 so as to exist in the plural through-holes 21 of the reflection frame 1 and the support 30 which is approximately made to abut on the inner peripheral side of the substrate 23 and is fixed to the reflection frame 1. The supporting body 30 is formed by molding Noryl resin (polyphenyleneoxide and has about 2mm thickness. Three pieces of supporting parts 32 vertically and three pieces of reinforcing parts 33 are laterally formed on an approximately flat planar base part 31 and also, plural holes 31 a for heat radiation is formed on the base part 31. The supporting parts 32 and the reinforcing parts 33 are connected to each other like a grating and the supporting parts 32 are formed into an arc shape so as to come into contact with the inner peripheral side of the substrate 23.
