PURPOSE:To obtain accurate temporary employment management data in the employment management system which is so constituted that employment management data is generated in accordance with inputted employment information to perform the management CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a display control means 54 which reads out employment management data managed by an employment film 2 to a terminal 5 to display it on a display screen 50 in response to the temporary processing function call request from an input means 51 of the terminal 5, a temporary setting means 56 which temporarily sets unsettled employment information included in employment management data read out from the employment file 2 by conversation with the input means 51 of the terminal 5 at the time of display of employment management data, and a temporary update means 57 which updates employment management data read out from the employment file 2 in accordance with temporarily set employment information to display the result on the display screen of the terminal 5. Besides this system is so constituted that employment management data updated by the temporary update means 57 is not registered in the employment file 2. |
