SOLID ELECTROLYTE TYPE GAS SENSOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a solid electrolyte type gas sensor in which sensitivity is prevented from lowering due to presence of miscellaneous gas or high working temperature and temporal stability of sensitivity is enhanced. CONSTITUTION:A pair of electrode layers 6, 11 are provided through a solid electrolyte layer 10 wherein one electrode layer is provided with an auxiliary electrode substance 9 in order to constitute a working electrode whereas the other electrode layer is employed as a reference electrode. At least one electrode layer contains 10-50wt.% of zeolite which can be ion exchanged with migratory metal ions of the solid electrolyte.
